Rediff Shopping — No refund for defective product

I ordered a lather jacket which was found defective and then it was sent back to the seller according to their advice but the seller's address was not found and it returned back to me. After informing the situation to rediff they refunded the postal charge but told me that the product will reach me within 3/4 working days. And that mail was sent to me almost every week for 3/4 weeks. Till now nothing was received from their side. Giving the details below.
