Rediff Shopping — Product not received | |||
I have ordered a tablet, Order# 12710418 on 20th Nov 2015, and these people committed to deliver the product within 7-10 days. Till now i didn't receive the product. I contacted more than 6 times, but every time I got the same response that "Kindly note that we are investigating your order status for ur order no. with the concerned department.", from their customer care.Still their Investigation is going on. After that many emails i sent to them regarding the same, but no reply. My friends denied me to buy anything from rediff but I thought these people would be following some professionalism and customer delight but delight is far, they are not giving the product even for which i have paid. This is the reason why people prefer Amazon, Flipkart or other websites. Pathetic service. Dont buy anything from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
