Rediff Shopping — Product not received

I have ordered a car cover dtd 12/12/2014 and I paid the amount of Rs 495 through net banking facility, at the time of order taking it shows product will delivery within 7 days, but i have not received the product till date moreover customer care number is busy always, Either you need to send the product or cancell and refund my amount Order no 10884274

I have ordered a product and pay the amount by credit card on date 31 January 2015 ( No-#[protected] But still order not received. I am going to submit complaint in customer court if order not send within 3 days. with all records.

I am Pradeepa from Chennai, this is bring to your notice that i have placed an order of sunca rechargable fan and light in Rediff.com online shopping on 12/04/2015 in the order no 11443152. I paid the amount for this product through online for the amount of Rs.3894. I received the mail from Rediff.com stating that the said product will be dispatched with in 7-10 working days. I have called the customer care after a weeks time to know the status of the product. They said that within another 3-4 days I will receive the courier as the product is in dispatch status. Again I called refiff.com customer care after 4 days to know the status. The guy said the product was still in dispatch status. It will take another 5 more days for the delivery.In this way I have called the customer care in the regular intervals of after every 4 days. But customer care was not very serious about this and they were so lethargic and they coolly said that the delay is from vendor side. so it will take another few days to deliver. This information was given by them after several calls made from my end. Initially they have not said about the vendor problem. If they have this vendor problem they might have to inform us earlier. Moreover vendor problem has to solve from their end, it is not customer's headache. Why the customer has to suffer for their problem. We have placed some orders in other online shopping like Snapdeal, Flipkart and they deliver the order at the said time. We have not faced any problem in the product delivery from their side. They keep up the promise and we have trust them as they are very sincere & dedicated to fulfill the customer satisfaction. really frustrated with the rediff.com online shopping by keep on calling them to know the status, they have know courtesy to inform the customer about the deliver status or any delay. Finally I asked to retun my money back, they said I have to wait the courier dispatch. And I have to inform the courier person fro cancelling the order, as the customer care person unable to cancel the order in the system, since the product is in dispatch status.


Howlong the product will be dispatch status for so many days. Are theyare making a customer fool, I have wasted time, energy, money in making call to therefiff.com online shopping customer care. I never ever face this kind of worst service in my life.


Request you to take a necessary action to refund my money at the earliest.

Hi Rahul,


I am unable to understand what is meant for 5-6 working days.


we have received one mail on 7th May, that product will be delivered in 5-6 working days but still not received yet.


My fault is that, why I have purchase the things from rediff shopping and secondly do the payment for the same.


It seems that rediff is only fooling customer or services are very poor.


First of all order was placed on 20th April, delivery has been given on 29th April after so many follow-ups. After late delivery still one product is missing, calling to customer care telling we to e-mail your query, on 29th I have logged the complaint and now it is 15th May but product still not delivered.


This is type of services are provided by Rediff.
