Rediff Shopping — Wrong item received | |||
Sir, I have ordered "INTEX BOSS 5.2" mobile on 07 Dec 13 from Rediff shopping and my order no. is 8832786. I have to get "INTEX BOSS 5.2" mobile and got "INTEX BOSS 5.2N+" on 14 Dec 13. There are many differences in both the mobiles and the prices too are also different. I have lodged a complaint regarding the same on 14 Dec 13. Till then the rediff shopping is saying that they will pick up the item and i will get new one after they receive the old item. But they have not picked up the item tii to date. Every time i will get the reply like " We apologize for inconvenience cause to you. With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your query to our concern department. As soon as we receive feedback from them we will revert back to you".
