I have ordered hb-575 on-ear headphones with mic order no.14407379 on 2nd june and i get the product in defective piece so i raise the complaint they are just casually saying that you will get refund in 5 to 7 days still i am waiting for my money...
Its almost more than a month

No positive response.

Plz look into this matter asap.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring your kind notice that service of your authorized courier " Aramex " very worst. They never come to deliver the product in the corresponding address and simply by telling " refuse to take delivery". This has happen to me last time also.
