I got product before 7 days, I am trying to return or replace the product but there is no any facility from rediff. their care number is not reachable and I sent 3 times mail to rediffmail but nothing from rediffmail. That is worst service as I ever found in my life .so please no one should try for rediff shop .there are much better services from other eCommerce services. Was this information helpful? Rediff.com India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 11, 2017 Updated by jotiram Notification is not a solution .. The number which you provide is not reachable from 10 days. Jan 11, 2017 Updated by jotiram Customer care person is not gave me solution, He said that he will not able to do any help.
