[Resolved]  RediffShopping.com — sent wrong product and now not replacing it

i bought a 20meter water pipe with spray gun from rediffshopping.comm on 20september with order numer 8556119... received it on 24-25 sep... but didnt measured it .. just opened n seen everything ok n then placed it sumwhere ... then on 13-14 oct i needed it n opened it n found that its just 5-7 meters long... whereas i ordered 20meter long one ... then i contacted them thru fone n they gave me mail id n the ppl thru mail said they cant do anything .. i want refund
