[Resolved]  RediffShopping.com — not received the product

Dear sir, I have won bid on rediffshopping for 1GB 3rd Generation Mp3, Mp4, FM, speaker Player on 28 july 08.I have paid the ammount 932.33 by net banking.The order no.4760363 was approved on 29/7/08.They have handed over the product to the courier on 31/7/08.consigement no.e[protected] but not mentioned the name of courier agent.I have send two emails to the ojjus enterprizes but they didn't responded.Even there phone no [protected] shows always busy whenever contacted.
I received mail from rediff.com saying that our Logistics partners (Express IT) attempted to deliver your order no- 4760363, but the same has been returned back to us with the reason Consignee not available. Hence the same order stands cancelled and cannot be re-initiated.We are arranging to refund the order in the form of Gift voucher, which can be utilised for your future purchases.
Further i send a mail that Sir It is totally false allegation from your part as my mother and wife are always present at home.
I Always asked them to disclose rohtak (haryana)courier agent's name but you didn’t responded. Now I am not interested in buying any product from Rediff shopping. kindly return back my money as bank draft . I have not availed gift voucher sent by you. If you will not return back money I will move to consumer court.
You can send Bank Draft of State Bank Of India Or HDFC Bank Or CANARA Bank payable at Rohtak (Haryana)
sir Kindly take stron action against this company so that they can't cheat the innocent persons.
