[Resolved] RediffShopping.com — Replacement of Sunglass | |||
It's been more than a week. I am requesting to the Rediff shopping that the product (TNF sunglass order no 7118855) which you have given me it's been broken in a single wear. Even I spoke to the rediff customer care they said your product is in warranty period ( 30days). After speaking to the customer care, I mailed to the [protected]@rediff-inc.com they replied that if any problem you need to tell us in 48 hour. It was impossible for me to tell them in 48 hour that time I was out of Maharashtra. After coming back, as soon as I wear that sunglass I saw the damage quickly I mail to the [protected]@rediff-inc.com that the product is defective replace it. They said will not be done, then I confess them if you are not replacing the product, then at least repair and give me. For that I mail them, but they haven't replied to my mail and they have given the product warranty of 30 days. I want to ask those people what 30 days warranty means. Then I mailed them if you won't reply to me or no action regarding my product, then I will be taking strict action on Rediff shopping.
