Dear sir I smruti ranjan pattanaik of andarpur ,Kalyaninagar,Cuttack-753013 have purchased a Motorola mobile from rediffshoping.com for which order no. 8321009,product name :New Motorola Motoluxe Xt 389 White Colour Android Smart Mobile Phone, as mentioned on the website of rediffshoping shows that the MRP Rs10,999/- and selling price is Rs3990+149(Shipping) total= Rs4139.00 which is toatally a cheating ,the actual price of this mobile is Rs1900 and is also available in open market .hence i request you be please return my remaining money that i have paid more than Mrp else i will file a case of cheating and Frauds against your rediffshopping website. hence i request you to kindly refund my remaing money by deducting Rs 1900. below is my contact details call me and refund my money as soon as possible. RediffShopping.com — NOT RESPONDING for REFUND OF ITEM
My mistake I have clicked two times for payment of one item and even after sending request to cancel on of the order both of them wehre executed as was on line based order and now when i am reuesting to return one of them they are not responding proplery for more than a month is passedRediffShopping.com — non receipt of AC
Dear SirsI had ordered 0.85 ton Electrolux Split AC @ Rs 11990/- on 3 EMIs. My order was registered on 7.5.09 and details are as under:
Order# 5359479, Item Description Electrolux Split AC - EA09SCRP, Price Rs. 11990.00
Mode of Payment: 3 Months EMI
It was assured at the time of registering that the item would be delivered within a week, however, my repeated reminders elicit same automated replies that it would be delivered within 7-10 working days. Now i am fed up with their replies. When i sent SMS to their number 57333 the response i get is the item would be delivered by 28th Aug.
Now this whole thing looks like a big scam to rip off money out o[censored]nsuspecting consumers who place their trust on this website which is even listed on New York stock exchange. Obviously they have not so reputed and honest agenda and certainly do not beileve in ethical trade practices. They do not even have a phone number or address.
Can anyone please help me in providing me with contact number or address of Rediffshopping or Rediff.com because i want to take this up seriously and not allow them to get away with my hard earned money. I intend to take this forward to its logical end.

Hi,I purchased a DVD player at an Order No : 4235059 dated on 04/12/07 at actual cost INR Rs: 1129 /- but When I tried to connect it with my television I was not able to connect it my television In fact it was unable to Scan the device or TV.
