Now you say what about the process of quality check before sending mobile. I am suffering

From this type of in circumstance and wastage of time.

I am ordering first mobile dated 15. 02. 2015 but product was damage and now after a long time i

Have received replacement but damaged.

Now i don’t want to continue my order and sending this mobile to you immediately.

Kindly refund amount because i am loss lack of complaint.

I tell you i am not a new customer on e - shopping but this type of circumstances faced first time.

Please find herewith enclosed copy of images of damage mobile & copy of courier slip.
