Redmi — bad service and behaviour of service center person and also customer care | |
My device redmi note 7 pro had some network issue in 3 months after buying so went to sevice center but when i got my device back it has one new issue that hands-free is not working properly. I again contact to service center and the person at the place told me to buy mi hands-free for only testing my device's jack otherwise jack is working good. After this i call to its customer care number they told me your device is working fine till you not go to service center with a mi brand hands-free. Also they told me that mi is not supporting any kind of hands-free other than mi brand. They force me to buy mi hands-free if i want to test my phone's hands-free jack. Hi m bikram from Assam I visit mi servive center with an issue regarding my phone note 8 pro. A machanic check my phone he said it's ok but I was facing such terrific performance regarding charging they didn't check it well soon they return me, my phone was under warranty if this keep on, on my next visit I ll surely do a case to that service center or to the regard plz solve my issue as soon as possible.
