Redmi Note 4 — cheating to customer blaming as water damage | |||||
Dear All be care full before purchase any MI mobile ..they are only cheating to customer ... We have been running behind multiple times to your service centres and still not find any solution, and you are expecting a customer to spend 9000 again after 1.5 month to on a 12000 phone? I dnt understand your point of view in this regards, we have repaired it by friend who running a mobile repair shop for 350Rs only, and he says its just reboot issue and updated software. I was wondering how pathetic is xiaomi, s service centre responds and handling their customers. I have purchased two redmi note 3 and one redmi 4A recently, and advised friends to purchase the same because the phone was best in that price range but seeing this kind of service issue I will not, never ever going to recommend this to any others. Thank you very much for your valuable time and superb support to sort out issues. Yes all the very best to service centres who all doing nice support to customers keep it up ! The phone was purchase on two month before, This is regarding having issue in 4G network of Vodafone services. we are not receiving any support from yours service center.

Sir/mam, I purchased online red me note 4 mobile before 4 month's, everything is too good but the major problem is my contact numbers deleted automatically even I saved several times, i am fed up of saving, but not getting right time.Even my photos get deleted automatically.
