Redstone Tiles — Issue in sales and services

I have been cheated by sales executive ( Linkan Nath) at Bhubaneswar, Odisha branch. The order have been placed for approx 12000sft tiles and advance was paid against the product. When I asked to deliver the product many products are not available . When it was asked to the sales person who was dealing with that he took around two to three months and now they are asking to change the product and charging more money. I request is that please take the needful actions. This is loss of time and money.
