Hi officer
This is regard the above said order delivered on 29 nov 2024 and right after i receiver the product i was unable to mark the return so put email [protected]@redtapeindia.com and [protected]@redtapeindia.com .email sent on 29 nov 2024, and on 8 december 2024, i am receiving an email that kindly confirm the refund or exchange.
i simple email them kindly refund my money in my source account and i mention my contact number pay tm details on same date 8 december 2024.
but till now after sending various reminder i dint get any revert and my money come back . noone came to my detsination to pick up the product where product has been delivered
