Worst quality of clothes/sweatshirts sold by red tape and not accepting return
I have purchased 3 sweatshirts on 26-Nov-24 from Redtape showroom located at Kharar, Punjab location by Bill no 2425/R[protected].
Below issues were observed on first day o[censored]se and even before first wash:
-(RWS0048) one of product popped up a hole on left arm like some joint opened its own..
-(RWS0236) one has observed lint
-(RWS0566A) third one was still not used
issues were being informed to concerned store and then later provided relevant details through whatsapp on 16-dec-24 and subsequently returned two defected garments to store.
now store has returned the piece RWS0048 citing no approval from their company.
I have lost all trust from this brand REDTAPE.
dont know what such companies are intended for if they cant provide value to customer.. is they exist only to earn handsome profits!! Was this information helpful? |
