I placed an order on May 18, 2025, on the website https://redtape.com for Athleisure Shoes for Men – Size 8, White/Blue (Order ID: RTL417386). I cancelled the order on May 19, 2025, and received confirmation of the cancellation on the website.
The payment was made at the time of purchase. However, I have not received any refund till date. I have tried contacting customer care through phone and email several times, but I have received no response.
