Redtape — returning product which is under warranty

I have purchased a pair of shoes- Mode by Red Tape Women's Fashion Sandal-37 (MRL0041A-37) via amazon on 08.05.2019 and same has been delivered to me on 09.05.2019, but within 02 months the sole of the sandal has got ruptured and got detached from its base. Further, its strap would also break, if I use the sandal for a day or two. I have contacted amazon customer service and they have given me Red Tape's contact number (available on the Red tape main website and [protected], [protected]) (since 10 days bracket period in which amazon can accept the defected product has now been passed ) but after trying for two days no one is picking up the call. My above stated item is within the warranty period and I want an early resolution of my grievance. Kindly, look into the matter and resolve it as early as possible. This sort o[censored]nwelcoming attitude where none out of their 4 contact number could be available for resolution is infuriating and disappointing.

I am attaching the photos of my bill and the distorted sandal for ready reference.
