Dear sir,
I purchased the pair of shoes from redtape (BRAND) on 5th of January 2023 but after three months of date of purchase i.e. march 2023, the shoes are getting torn from toe side. I complaint in the redtape showroom but they are rejecting my complaint and said that those are not repairable and not exchangeable.
