Videocon Industries Limited — Fridge not working and is in warranty period

Our fridge has stopped working since 2nd' July'2013, we approached the store "Arcee Electronics" Panvel from where we purchased the Fridge, and promised to look in. It was confirmed that one Mr. Khan would be coming on Thursday but he did not we were continuously following up with him but of no consequence. Till date we have been only getting dates and time but no one has turned up............why?
