I would like to bring in your notice what is going on in rexona shop, based at Rohini, sector 11.
I purchased a pair of sandal for myself on 8 th aug’2018, from Rohini sector 11 relaxo shop for one of the party from fresh arrival word Rs 649/= .
During party, upper heel and bottom portion got departed with in one hour after I wear .(pictures attached)
I felt very embarrassed. Very next day when I reached in shop regarding to my grievance . Nobody was in counter so, I came to my residence in shalimar bagh .
As keeping distance in mind, frequent visit to Rohini is quit tough for me.
Yesterday when I visited again with my friend who experienced the same issue in her daughters sandals .
He talked to us in rude fashion and told me “ I cannot do anything in this regard and you can complain to our customer centre. It is not our fault if it happens “
I showed bill to him as well .
Regarding the same I am sharing copy of bill as well as picture of the sandal as
Well.
Looking for a support from you . Requesting you to either exchange my sandals or encash my money.
And requesting you to do the audit check in terms of quality which is selling in Rexona showroom in Rohin, sector 11.
