Relaxo Footwear — in reference to poor quality shoes | |||
Dear Sir, I Bharat Singh Rathore, I am living in ujjain (MP) and my contact no is [protected] and Email:- [protected]@gmail.com I bought the new shoes from the Relaxo showroom Ujjain two months ago, but within two months those shoes got ripped inside, I had bought the Relaxo company shoes based on its good quality, but after using it I was very disappointed. I went to the owner of the showroom with my complaint, but he did not troubleshoot my problem and said that do whatever and wherever you want to complain. Now a common man who spends so much money and buys such expensive shoes and if the goods do not last even two months, then it feels very bad. I request you to either provide me new shoes or return my money. I am sure that you will definitely support me and hearing of a common man will be heard. Sandals ...lower and upper body get separated.i want a solution for this. I believe Sparx is good brand...but the gum slowly got removed
