Relaxo Footwear — shoes bought beginning to shred within 4 or 5 days

I bought a pair of shoes from Flipkart. The product is "Sparx SM-181 Sneakers for men".
I have purchased a pair of shoes from Flipkart and after wearing them for 4 or 5 days it began to shred. I contacted to the Flipkart help center but they said that they do not take any complaint regarding the brand quality and also they will not return or replace the product. They said that I should be contacting the Sparx for the same. But the amount that I invested is all in vain as I haven't got any solution for that.
Please suggest what I should be doing in order to replace or refund the shoes.

I bought a product online at relaxo app . Different article sent to me. Relaxo arrange a reverse pickup. My product deliever to relaxo on 29 aprik 2019. But money is not refund to me. I talk to relaxo custmer care daily but they not give any solution . My order id is 13758
