On 25.03.2026, I had opted for newspaper publication through your 'releasemyad' on 'Hitavada' on the property column (Nagpur). The booking ID No is 1932475, due to be published from 27.03.2026 to 30.03.2026. My payment was also accepted. On my conversation with the booking team's Jahil Siddiqui, he confirmed that ad will be published but was not published.
Today when i called the customer care - SAME PERSON was on call and MISBEHAVED. HE REFUSED TO provide details about complain AND gave HIS NAME and threatened us to proceed ahead with legal complaint.
WHEN I REQUESTED HIM TO CONNECT ME TO HIS SENIOR, HE SAID HE IS THE BOSS AND THE SENIOR AS WELL. HE YELLED AT ME AND DISCONNECTED THE PHONE. I have recorded all calls of the conversation with this guy.
At present despite of making the payment, I do not know whether my ad was published or not. Your actions amount to "DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE" in accordance with the law.
I am heavily disappointed at such poor services. Above all, the manner in which Jahid spoke to me, further confirms that they are cheats and defraud customers.
