Reliance 4g — Pathetic customer care service | |||
My data card number is [protected]. I recently upgraded from Reliance CDMA to 4g. They promised that I will get the existing plan when I move to 4G. But after migration to 4g they have changed the plan without notifying the customer. If I call customer care. Everytime they say that their portals and system is not working and to callback after 2 Hrs. This happens everytime. If I keep calling them they block my number. It will say thank you for calling reliance and will disconnect the call. Was this information helpful? | |||
