Reliance Big Tv — Account suspended since June last week - not activated till date 04 aug | |||
We had a problem with set top box in june last week and got disconnected since then we have been calling customer care and non of them respond...after several tries we could get in touch and the service person came in to check and he told they dont have the stock and it took a month of fix in july last week and the customer care told us to pay rs.150 and the remaining amount will be adjusted in refund. Its almost a week and we are still awaiting response from them and there is just a standard response "OUR BACKEND TEAM IS WORKING WILL GET BACK TO YOU" card #[protected].
