Hi,
My smart card number is[protected] and I had registered a complaint on 5th July 2015 that I need to re-locate my disc. The complaint number is[protected]. The engineer visited my place on 6th July 2015 and said the the disc has rusted and needs to be replaced. I accepted that and he said that he will bring the disc and the wire tomorrow by 1-2 pm. After that I have been continuously contact bigtv customer case but they are saying that the engineer will be sent soon. Everyday I hear the same answer from them but no one is visiting my place. My balance of bigtv is also getting deducted even when I am not using it. Please forward it to the concern team and get a resolution.
