Reliance Big TV DTH — Poor service provided by RELIANCE DTH

Hi, My Card # is[protected] . The setup box is not functioning properly from past 4 days . I have raised a complaint with the customer care to which they responded that they will resolve the issue in 48 hours. It has been more than 3 days and there is no action taken. I have called the customer care more than 5 times but there is no proper action taken. This shows the careless attitude by the RELIANCE DTH services. For installation of a new box it just takes couple of hours but for services why is this delay and careless attitude? Kindly do the needful or else you will loose a genuine customer.
