Reliance Big Tv — Dth service not providing last 2 months

Dear sir/madem, This is revathi my smart card no[protected] in the name of sellam. In before I raised a complaint about smart card problem on 30 th march. They provide a service on April 13 they change my set of box.it taken more than 15 days to Slove a problem. Again the set of Box not working with in 15 days and I raise complaint On 3 rd may but still they don't provide a service. Still I did not get a single service enquiry call. What a poor service you provide this is not far I think. Please take a complaint for get back your service and get my money back . I recharged my account for 1 year. Very worst service ever I seen in the market. As a customer I can't wait for more than 2 months. Cheating services. I can spend my money and valuable time it's totally waste of speaking with your customer care. I thing you will take immediate action for provide service or get back your service. Your customer care Persons say only the complaint in solving process. But how long I wait its possible for more than a month.Do immediate action.thank you for providing poor service. Regards Revathi.
