Reliance Big Tv — Error in viewing channels

I am unable to watch channels on my TV. There are no signals on any of the channels. I have already logged a complaint against this(complain no.[protected] on 29th July, 2014 but till the date my complain has not been resolved. Another thing is that service on my account has been suspended(today I got an SMS from Reliance Big TV in this regard). This is very disgusting that in place of solving my problem, my account service has been suspended without any reason. I don't know whether any action would be taken to resolve my problem.
