I am totally dissatisfied by the customer service of this company...sice 3 days my set top box is having problem..i cannot view a single channel...apart from this...when i want to contact the customer care...half n hour waiting..and that too since 3 days..i just want to disconnect this service...god knows what they what from us? looting customers..i have been standing to their stupid IVC since 3 days just to register a complaint so that i can get my set top box working fine again...my smart card number...[protected]

please take an immediate action to their irresponsible behaviour to the customers...

what sort of company is this, once you equip their instrument in the house...rest of the time..you keep on calling the customer care so that atleast we can view some channels...

highly disappointed...
