Reliance Big Tv — Irresponsible reply from customer care | |||
I am Ramesh Kumar. M.V using Reliance TV dth (Customer id[protected] for past 3 yrs. From[protected] onwards the service is not available. In tv it shows that regreted for the inconvinence. SO I had called Reliance tv customer care from[protected] to[protected]. Everyday different person attend the call and tell me that change the channel to 550 so that we will clear the problem from here itself. After sometime thay will tell me that your complaint had been rectified it will be clear within 20 minutes. For the 4 days I got the same answer from different Personnels from Reliance TV customer care. Finally one person answered me that we can give such service only if you are not intrested you can change this reliance tv connection. We cant do any more. But the problem is I had been payed before till for December. SO I kindely request you to rectify my complaint or please get back refund of my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
