[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Learn Malayalam to log a Complaint | |||
My Smart Card no is[protected] and for past 4 days I am unable to watch any channel as it shows Signal issue, error 400 I am trying to log a complaint with their so called customer service but unable to do it. Each time i press 1 for Tamil or 3 for English but still line is transferred to Malayalam speaking person and the person taking the call is asking me to speak in Malayalam. I told her I can speak either Tamil or English but she can understand only Malayalam . 3 times i called on Saturday 08 Aug failed all 3 times twice on Sunday and today. all the occassion it is to malayalam girl only. You need to hold the line for 15 minutes but even after that it is frustrating when i need to speak in malayalam. God help me from this Big TV. Was this information helpful? | |||
