[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — NO Response for Change of Setup box | |||
Its 17th day after registering a complaint for repair/replacement of Set Top Box and still there hasn't been any response from Reliance Big TV. We regret for choosing Reliance, and would keep in mind never to do so in future. Even after keeping nodal officer in loop there hasn't been any positive steps. It's disappointing that customer care isn't even informing us about the reason of delay. There is no use of registering an complaint and giving reminders as Reliance doesn't care. I checked my BigTV account and surprising there has been a regular deduction of money with showing data usage whereas we have not been able to switch on our TV because of it's dire condition. In such case you have left us in no other option but to go to consumer court and sort this issue out. In the next 24 hrs if the followings requirements are not fulfilled then surly we'll head to court, as no one would tolerate any of this type of service. a) Set top box replaced in next 24 hrs b) Refund the deducted money from account from 12th Aug 2014 Mahesh Inamdar [protected] Smart card No.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
