[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — No signal problem | |||
I had made a complaint online regarding "no signal" problem last month. it took almost 2 weeks for the technician to come to fix the issue. earlier few channels were having problem of no signal. however technician visited at our place after 2 weeks. his name was Mr. Raj (mob.-[protected]). he charged me Rs500 to fix the issue. also he assured that there will be no problem in the future regarding this. after 2 days i lost all my channels having no signal problem. from last 2 days i am trying Mr.Raj contact no but it shows switched off every time. at last i tried the MAGICAL toll free no of RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE NO[protected] which was not connected as usual. after several try for both the nos i am back to online complaint. if this issue is very big for the reliance big tv than they can tell me very frankly to change the service provider. i can manage to do so but dont harash like this.
