Reliance Big Tv — Product not delivered on time

I purchased Sony home theater yesterday afternoon, while paying retailer told product will be delivered tomorrow morning. I was waiting till evening no information about delivery. I contacted shop at evening 7'o clock after that they told product out of stock and they told will deliver on Wednesday. Without checking the stock they placed order and given assurances of deliver. This was irritating and creating very bad impression on reliance digital. I want my product soon and I want to file a complaint regarding this issue. I want proper response for my complaint, otherwise I will take legal action.
