[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — recharge of set top box

the dealer at vasant vihar dehra dun was approached and payed amoumt of rs 360 for recharging my tv st set top box id no.[protected] about ten days back. apparently the amount was credited at your end erronously in eleven digit account instead of my twelve digit account. i have been constantly approching the dealer. but the same has not been activated so far. i have at same time been trying to approach your customer care who nhave not been attending to our call. it is requested that an early action be taken to recharge my account.
