Dear Sir / Madam This is with reference to above subject I Mr. Anant Ramkrishna Prabhu inform you that my setup box no.[protected] which was removed on 02.10.2014 by your person Mr. Rakesh. He also gave me receipt no 13816. Also he told me that after 2 days your executive will call, but as on today date nobody call from your side.
