Dear sir/ ma'am, I had seen a ad on newspaper of relaince big tv i had booked it online and paid 500rs its application cost. I have applied it on 10 april 2018 my booking if is 14529322 in which i will get a connection free for 1 year with all paid channels. But i didn't get yet. I had call on their customer care no they always told this week next week. Plz take a strict action so that other company will not play with the customers and it's fundamental rights. Hi, sir/Madam, I have pre booked DTH on 7th June 2018 and I have not received yet, and your customer care service is always telling to provide within 7 days, If I will not receive within 7 days I will take legal action for harassing consumer, Thanks suraj mohanty, Mob-[protected]
