[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — RS. 175 debited wrongly to my account | |||
Service complaint no .[protected] My service connection was suspended due to non renewal. I returned from abroad and renewed the connection and audio voice was lacking, I made complaint and I was informed RS. 175 will be charged for visit to rectify and same was agreed by me. Immediately and automatically audio was rectified and my account was debited, Why should they charge when a person has not visited. I made complaint and promised to reply with in 72 hours and I was shocked to receive message, service request is closed My request is not replied? Was this information helpful? | |||
