Reliance Big Tv — SET UP BOX NOT FUNCTIONING

Hi, I have an issue with my setup box. My Card Number is[protected]. My setup box is not working from 4/06/2015. I have called customer care and grumbled about the occurrence, they said the issue will get resolve in 24 hours and the complaint number is[protected]. So far there is no reaction from the objection regardless of calling commonly to the client care.
