[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Smart Card no[protected] | |||
Dear Sirs, We are fed up with your service and want to surrender the connection, every 7/10 days the connection goes off and we have to call the call centre who are not at all helpful and we are kept waiting for 35/40 mins on the phone before anyone comes on the phone. I am being advised by Reliance customer care team that I will not get any refund for surrender of my connection which is a yearly subscription. Please can you advise why I am not due for a refund of remaining months ????? I have paid for something where the service is pathetic and I am looking for a refund for remaining period.
