[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — wrong balance deduction in my account and resumption of services

sir my setup box spoiled on 3rd march 2015. They replaced the old box on 18th march. I paid Rs 500 through recharge on 18th march 2015. But they kept defected box, it is not working properly. So I kept another complaint about setup box on 29th march 2015. They changed this defected box on 2nd april 2015. Even though the box kept on 18th march 2015 having 3 months warranty they deducted again Rs 500 from my account on 3rd april 2015. So I they kept my services in suspense.
