Reliance Bigtv — big tv not kept promise

I am making faujdar from dwarka delhi had two connection last year but in feb they stop many channel for whixh customer care is not having reply. Last 10 days we are not able to see the channel as broadcast is very bad it's a bad name for ambani which run india in name of reliance. Can any thing could be done by trai or any govt angency who are impowered to take step my number is [protected]. Call center also not talking call
