Reliance Bigtv — booked for new connection but company seems to be cheating

I have booked two new connection as per offer of reliance tv in the month of mar2018 one for me and one for my friend. After given waiting period is over tried to contact customer care but no response received till date. Even no reply on emails. Tried for several time but no response received. Now I have purchased other company dth and want a refund with interest . Please do the needful and expose the fraud of the company associated with big names like reliance. My booking no. Is 14538076
