Reliance Bigtv — booked reliance big tv setup box on 1 march 2018. almost 5 month passed not installed and no updates

Sir,

I booked my reliance big tv connection on advance payment of rs. 500. And they committed to install connection with in 90 day of booking. But now almost 6 month passed i did not get any revert from big tv side. I am fully frustrated i write several mails to them but they did not reply. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem. They are using public money by making false commitment. Kindly refund my deposit of rs. 500 as they are not making installation in committed time period. So i can choose a better dth service provider.
