Reliance Bigtv — complain for reliance independent dth hd channel

Took reliance independent tv dth connection in the month of dec/18, for which i paid rs.2150 /- + rs-500/- (Registration charges) including one year hd package, but after one month dth connection for hd channel was not working, so i called company customer care to ask about this, they told as soon as they will resolve the issue, but still now facing same problem. So i want my return as i have taken new connection with different service provider as i am facing problem from 1 months.
