Hello team, I have booked big tv from the month of march, which should be deliver within 30 days. But still now i have not received it. I have received sms two times but still now no update for the order. Please advice if it will be deliver or can refund my money rs 499/-. I m waiting for your response. I had booked Prebooking for New RBTV connection on 19th June'18 with booking ID 14552773. There are 45 days already passed but till the time installation not done.
Neither CS representatives are giving response on mail nor on voice.
I need my refund immediately.
