I have been constantly trying to contact your customer care due to non telecast of tv channels. I am kishore, my dth tv no.[protected] is showing "inconvenience is regretted" for the last 8days. My family is very much disturbed with your step mother attitude towards resolving the issue. With great difficulty, almost every alternate day i could contact your customer care number, by making continuous effort and was given time from days to another day. Now 8 days elapsed my service is not resumed. Now i have planned to go for an alternate remedy either cable or some reliable faithful service provider. Hence, you are requested to me under intimation at the earliest. I have paid rs.1499/- and had hardly availed one month service. After making proportionate deduction, the amount paid by me be refunded to my sb a/c [protected] with allahabad bank,. K. G road, bangalore branch. An early action is appreciated, as i have to seek other course of action to avail service from another provider of service. Was this information helpful? | |
