Reliance Bigtv — do not get connection of dth

I brought reliance big TV new connection and paid the all amount for that 1999rs. But no any response from company yet to set DTH in my home. I brought this connection in 9 November 2018 and that time they said installation will be done within 10-15 days. My work order is 664989, service request no is 755828, booking ID is R[protected], and customer ID is [protected].
